2. PRODUCTS
NUUI Studio sells apparel, accessories, posters, cards, and lifestyle products. All products are manufactured using print-on-demand technology via Printful. Items are produced only after an order has been placed.

This production model reduces overproduction and supports more sustainable manufacturing.

3. ORDER PROCESS
The ordering process consists of the following steps:
- The customer selects a product on the website
- The product is added to the shopping cart
- The customer enters shipping and billing information
- Payment is completed
- The order confirmation is sent via email
- Once an order is confirmed, production begins.
- Orders cannot be modified after production has started.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. If a product cannot be fulfilled, NUUI Studio reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

5. PRICING
All prices displayed on the website are listed in Euro (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Depending on the customer's location within the European Union, the applicable VAT rate may be adjusted during checkout in accordance with EU tax regulations. Shipping costs are displayed before completing the purchase.

6. PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit and debit cards via WooCommerce Payments
- PayPal
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. NUUI Studio does not store credit card information.

7. PRODUCTION AND FULFILLMENT
Orders are produced using print-on-demand technology via Printful. Production typically takes 3–7 business days. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, which operates production facilities in multiple locations. Products may be shipped from different countries depending on production capacity.

8. SHIPPING
Estimated delivery times within Europe are typically 6–8 business days after production. Delivery times may vary depending on logistics providers and destination.

9. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Consumers within the European Union are entitled to statutory warranty rights in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under EU consumer law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, according to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods produced according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Because NUUI Studio products are produced on demand after an order is placed, the right of withdrawal may not apply. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing an order.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs and creative assets remain the intellectual property of NUUI Studio.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. PRODUCT IMAGES
Some images used on this website may include digitally generated or AI-assisted visualizations.These images are intended for illustrative purposes only and aim to represent the product as accurately as possible. Actual product appearance may vary slightly depending on production processes.

13.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NUUI Studio shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or delays caused by shipping providers.
