Because all products sold through NUUI Studio are made to order, returns and exchanges are limited.
Customers are encouraged to review size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Made-to-Order Products
All products are manufactured specifically for each order. Production begins only after the order is placed.
This approach helps reduce overproduction and environmental impact.
Right of Withdrawal
Under European consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, according to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or produced according to the consumer’s specifications.
All products offered by NUUI Studio are manufactured using print-on-demand technology. This means that each item is produced individually only after an order has been placed. For this reason, the standard right of withdrawal may not apply to these products.
We therefore kindly ask customers to review the product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing an order. Our made-to-order production helps reduce unnecessary overproduction and supports more sustainable manufacturing.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact:

within 7 days of receiving the order.
Include:
- order number
- photos of the issue
- description of the problem
If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product due to a fulfillment error, please contact us within 7 days.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Size Exchanges
Because products are manufactured on demand, size exchanges are not offered.
Customers should review size charts carefully before ordering.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
If any provision of this policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions will remain fully valid and enforceable.

POLITICA DE DEVOLUCIONES Y REEMBOLSOS

Nos esforzamos por ofrecer productos de alta calidad y la satisfacción del cliente. Por favor, lee detenidamente nuestra política de devoluciones y reembolsos antes de realizar un pedido.
1. INFORMACIÓN GENERAL
Todos los productos se fabrican bajo pedido y se procesan a través de nuestro socio de producción Creator Studio.
Por este motivo, no mantenemos stock y no podemos aceptar devoluciones generales por razones como cambio de opinión, elección incorrecta de talla o insatisfacción con el diseño.
2. ELEGIBILIDAD PARA DEVOLUCIONES Y REEMBOLSOS
Tienes derecho a un reembolso o reemplazo si:
- El producto está defectuoso o dañado al llegar
- Recibiste un artículo o una talla incorrecta (que no coincide con tu pedido)
- Falta un producto en la entrega
Debes informarnos del problema dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la entrega, escribiéndonos a [your@email.com] y proporcionando:
- Número de pedido
- Descripción del problema
- Fotos claras que muestren el defecto o error
3. SITUACIONES NO REEMBOLSABLES
No podemos ofrecer reembolsos ni reemplazos en los siguientes casos:
- Pediste una talla incorrecta (por favor, consulta la guía de tallas antes de hacer tu pedido)
- Cambiaste de opinión después de hacer el pedido
- Pequeñas variaciones de color debido a diferencias de pantalla
Dado que todos los productos se fabrican específicamente para ti, no se aceptan devoluciones por insatisfacción general, salvo que el producto esté defectuoso.
4. PROCESO DE DEVOLUCIÓN
Si tu caso califica para una devolución o reembolso, procederemos a:
- Ofrecer un reemplazo gratuito si el problema se confirma
- O emitir un reembolso completo al método de pago original
No necesitas devolver el producto, a menos que se te indique lo contrario. Todas las reclamaciones se gestionan caso por caso.
5. PROBLEMAS CON EL ENVÍO
Si tu paquete se pierde en tránsito o sufre un retraso significativo, contáctanos dentro de los 30 días.
