RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under European consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. However, according to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or produced according to the consumer’s specifications. All products offered by NUUI Studio are manufactured using print-on-demand technology. This means that each item is produced individually only after an order has been placed. For this reason, the standard right of withdrawal may not apply to these products.
We therefore kindly ask customers to review the product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing an order.
