HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
At NUUI, we only create what is truly needed. Every shirt at NUUI Studio are "made to order". This means each item is produced only after you place an order. We work with our fulfillment partner Printful, which uses print-on-demand technology to manufacture and ship the products. This approach helps reduce overproduction and supports more sustainable manufacturing. Please allow around two weeks for production and delivery.

HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?
Production typically takes **3–7 business days** before your order is shipped. Because every item is made to order, production begins only after the order has been confirmed.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Because each piece goes into production shortly after the order is placed, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.
If you need help, please contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we will do our best to assist you.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PRODUCED?
Products are manufactured and shipped by our fulfillment partner **Printful**, which operates production facilities in different regions. Your order is produced at the facility that can fulfill it most efficiently

Each NUUI shirt is produced after the order has been placed. Production and shipping together can take up to two weeks.We appreciate your patience — producing only what is needed helps reduce overproduction and waste. Estimated delivery time within the European Union is typically:

Shipping: **6–8 business days**
Actual delivery times may vary depending on location and logistics providers.
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via provided email.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE EU?
At the moment, NUUI Studio primarily ships within the **European Union**. Shipping options may expand in the future.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS DELAYED?
Shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by logistics providers. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you.

HOW DO THE SIZES FIT?
To help you find the right size, we provide a size chart. We recommend measuring your child and comparing the measurements with our chart before ordering.
WHAT IF I AM UNSURE ABOUT THE SIZE?
If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the slightly larger size, so your child can wear the shirt longer.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Because all products are **made to order**, returns are limited. According to EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are manufactured specifically after the order is placed. For more details, please see our **Return & Refund Policy**.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your order arrives **damaged or defective**, please contact us within **7 days** of receiving the product.

WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE SHIRTS MADE FROM?
NUUI shirts are made from soft, high-quality cotton designed for comfort and everyday wear.
The fabric is breathable, durable and gentle on children’s skin.
HOW SHOULD I WASH THE SHIRTS?
To keep your NUUI shirt looking its best:
- wash at 30°C
- wash inside out
- avoid tumble drying if possible
- do not iron directly on the print
